Catena provides digital investigation and cyber security services, including but not limited to digital harassment investigations, dark web intelligence, executive digital protection, digital forensics, encryption security, and related consulting services. Our services are subject to a separate service agreement that will be provided upon engagement.
3. Consultation Process
Before formally engaging our services, clients must complete a consultation request and pay a consultation fee. This fee reserves a consultation slot and will be applied to the cost of services if you proceed. The consultation allows us to assess your case and determine if we can provide appropriate services.
We reserve the right to decline any case at our sole discretion. Payment of the consultation fee does not guarantee acceptance of your case.
4. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of our work and maintain strict confidentiality protocols. However, we may be legally required to disclose information in certain circumstances, such as in response to valid legal processes or to prevent harm. Any information shared during the consultation process is protected by our confidentiality policies.
5. Legal Compliance

Catena operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing digital investigations and cyber security services. We do not engage in unauthorized surveillance, hacking, or other illegal activities.
Important Notice Regarding Government Entities
Catena will never accept requests for intelligence on or action against United States (or her allies) federal employees, assets, technology, or contractors. Any such requests will be immediately refused, and all details of the case request will be referred to the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA).
We are committed to protecting national security interests and will never take actions against the United States or her allies. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Catena and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
